Abstract

The article deals with the documents of the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Kyiv. They higlight several aspects from the history of Kyiv Museum of Antiquities and Arts. It comprises private correspondence on the choice of the place for the museum premises construction, collection of funds for both construction and the purchase of the artifacts.
