Abstract

The article analyzes the development of telegraph communication and telegraph equipment in Ukraine from the middle of the 19th century to the middle of the 20th century and the influence of this factor on the daily life of the population. The exhibits of the stock collection of the National Museum of Ukrainian History were used as the basic source for the disclosure of the topic.
