DAZHBOH OF THE 15TH CENTURY: FROM THE HISTORY OF UKRAINIAN ANTHROPONYMY AND THEONYMY
Abstract
The article studies the functioning of the name Dazhbog in Eastern Europe in the 15th century and its origin. This name has no direct connection with the ancient Rus deity Dazhboh. The author considers him in the context of ancient Polish and Christian anthroponymy.
