Abstract
Kyivan confectionery is one of the oldest enterprises that over the whole time of its existence, despite insignificant pauses, remained the leading provider of the sweets not only in Kyiv but far beyond the state. Exhibits of the museum collection allows us to reveal the history of Valenty Efimov’s Kyiv chocolate and candy factory, famous for its products, and of metal factories ‘Jako and Co’ and ‘M.
