Abstract

The article analyses the creation and main stages of the activity of the Museum of History of Ivan Ohiyenko KamianetsPodilskyi National University. The museum stuff’s research, exhibitional and storage work during different periods of its existence are elucidated. It is proved that the Museum of History of the University is an integral part of the system of educational, pedagogical and scientific work of the educational institution. It is emphasized that accumulation, preservation and reconstruction of the university’s history in the chronological sequence became its main task.
