Abstract

The article is dedicated to the history of the construction of the building of the Poltava zemstvo (local government) (now – Vasyl Krychevskyi Poltava Museum of Local Lore), also to the founders of the museum, who formed the ethnographic department of the Natural-Historical Museum of the Poltava zemstvo.
