STRAINLESS NATURE IN THE CREATIVITY OF THE STUDIO “VOOBRAZHARIUMM”
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the effects of historical forms on contemporary jewelry on the example of the workshop “Voobrazhariumm” (“Imagination”). Analyzing the natural forms of historical jewelry that are stored in the leading museum collections of the world, the author makes analogies between them and modern galvanic works of this workshops. After reviewing the main motives used by the artists, several groups are identified that most clearly demonstrate their artistic preferences.
