Abstract
The aim of the article is to introduce into scientific circulation the palaeometalic complex from the village of Potoky (Kremenchuk district, Poltava region, Ukraine) and several new and previously unpublished findings of this circle, geographically close to Potoky. Another aim is to fill in the chronological and the territorial gap in the studies of this period on the local level. A detailed description of each object of Pototky hoard, their dimensions, drawings and photos is provided. The hoard includes twelve bronze objects: 5 axes-celts, three sickles, a small bushing axe, a knife, spearhead, spear-like chisel. Most of the objects can be dated to the breaking age between Bilozerka and Sabatinivka periods with predominance of Western influences. A fragment of a sickle falls out of this series. It might be a sample of Ibrakaivka type of the initial period of the Late Bronze age. During the work we made the comparison of the things from Potoky hoard with certain findings of palaeometal of Ukraine, Moldova, Romania etc.
Key words: Potoky village, Kremenchuk district, Poltava region, Late Bronze Age, hoard, axes-celts, spearhead.
