CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING NEW FORMS OF WORK WITH MUSEUM AUDIENCES
Abstract
This article overviews the implementation of the criteria “modern”, “topical”, “client oriented” in the choice of the forms of work with the audience, based on the desired result of the sociocultural impact of the museum. We also share the survey methodology which helped to clarify the issues of applying these criteria. Author also gives particularly demonstrative narratives, obtained through the questionnaire. We share the reflections about social role of museums as moderators of the development of the citizenship, as well as overcoming the society and single individuals’ traumatism (“recreation”).
