Abstract

There are series of postal stamps created for Ukraine in our history. Marks were used as charitable contribution to help the population ssuffering during the first famine in 1921–1923 s. The Bolshevik government concealed both the fact of famine in Ukraine and an aid received. So the history of creation, distribution and authors’ destiny was almost unknown for a long time.
