Abstract

This article presents the scientific attribution of the rare photo from the collection of the National Museum of Ukrainian History. At the photo we can see a group of the well-known Ukrainian cultural figures: Mykola Lysenko, Mykhailo Starytskyi, Olena Pchilka, Hnat Hotkevych, Mariia Starytska. The study established that the photo was taken at the 18 of March 1900 while the literary-musical evening, dedicated to the memory of Taras Shevchenko. The party Was organized by the Kyiv cultural-artistic society. The article gives a brief information about the Kyiv cultural-artistic society.
