ON ATTRIBUTION OF THE PORTRAITS OF THE HETMAN STANISLAV KONETSPOLSKYI

Abstract

In the article, the authors investigated the iconography of the Polish hetman Stanislav Konetspolskyi. It was discovered that the overwhelming majority of hetman images were found in Polish and Ukrainian museums. Special attention is paid to the study of the portrait of Stanislav Konetspolskyi from the National museum of Ukrainian History. The authors conducted the scientific attribution of the portrait in order to determine its authorship, origin and dating.
